Faith in the Cracks – Allowing God to seep into the cracks in our lives.

The media circus that is surrounding Trump is not where I choose to focus much attention. I have not read the indictments, nor will I. I have heard/seen the outlined list. For me the bottom line is that one of these things is not like the other…

Who had classified documents? Biden, Pence and Trump all had documents.
Did the FBI/NARA ask for them back? Yes for all three cases each person was asked if the FBI could come look and recover documents that were deemed classified or to be in the possession of NARA
Did the men comply? Biden – yes. FBI searched multiple sites and took back what they needed. Pence – yes, FBI searched and took what was needed to be returned. Trump – no. There is now a tape of him asking if they can ignore it. There was a whole blow up about it and crazy things surrounding it.

For me, if Trump allows FBI to come look and take back what is needed, none of this moves anywhere. However, that is not where we are, so as this circus continues, if he did something he was not supposed to and got in the way of people doing their lawfully appointed jobs, then he is guilty. Does he need jail time. No, that is a security nightmare. Put a tracker on him and let him be at his properties. Should it disqualify him from office – don’t know officially, but if people are still supporting him when he is a known gruffer/con man/ narcissist – then as a country we have a bigger problem.
