Faith in the Cracks – Allowing God to seep into the cracks in our lives.

The news brings so much sadness. The implosion of the Titan submersible. Several recent, senseless shooting incidents, the ongoing war in The Ukraine and the on going issues of government are only the tip of the iceberg it seems. It is difficult to not let the news harden us to the plight of others.

I have heard more than a few times about how much money each person who was on the Titan paid to go on the expedition. But at the end of the day, it doesn’t matter how much money they spent, 5 lives were lost. It seems more and more lives are lost, often in senseless ways and I wonder if we are becoming numb to it or if we absorb the news and then we pay the price of sorrow and sadness that we may not even recognize in ourselves.

I know there are good things in the world as well. Would like to hear more about the triumphs and the joys that are around us. So – tell me something good!!!
